Aluminum can shrink wrap artwork and beer label designs

The can shrink design is a military inspired riveted sheet metal look with dog tags to be used to fill out with marker.

The “Identity Crisis” beer label was for a small quantity special brew and called for a more rustic look to the design.

Client wanted an updated logo and look for their new larger size bottle shrink wraps while incorporating their original painted artwork. Maintaining the feel of their previous design while making the art more appropriate for larger scale commercial retail was the goal. The warp factor on the shrink and the nature of the bottle provided an extra challenge.

Photography and Film + Editing

This project was an on location photo and video shoot to promote actor Robert Lasardo’s graphic novel “The Keeper.” Because of time constraints, everything was done on one night at multiple locations, including recording of the voiceover.

All editing and post processing was done in-house.

This project consisted of developing labels, wrappers and accompanying point-of-purchase and point-of-sale materials for Rob Dyrdek and Drama’s line of Loudmouth Burritos.

Food Photography and Package Design

Client needed high-quality photographs for their various food items. All product was provided by client with all preparation, garnishing and plating done in-studio.

Client also requested design concepts specifically for their “Wing Hing” line of Sriracha Chicken Wontons to be sold in club stores.

This was a project built from the ground up, from logo design and colors to overall aesthetic. This project expanded into almost every feasible area: video, print media, social media posts, flyers, blog post images, website headers and icons, clothing, etc.

Advance Coaching is the personal training business of fitness influencer and YouTuber David Iglesias, rooted in scientific, evidence-based workout and dieting principles. Concept was developed with these tenets in mind. The program template is a completely editable PDF that can be filled out and sent digitally to trainees.

Was commissioned by Ian McCarthy to create a logo for his new coaching and consulting business “Lifting for Life.” He provided the concept of a brain being combined with lifting and this was the result of many drafts and revisions. Accompanying imagery and look were also developed, drawing from anatomy and medical charts to really emphasize the educational aspect of the content being produced and disseminated.

Intro and outro videos to be used on YouTube were also commissioned as were images for posting to social media such as Instagram and Facebook.

Shirt designs also created and put together based on client’s ideas. The “Tapatio” variant of the Chimichanga Champion shirt ended up having to be revised to “Tacos” due to a copyright claim by Tapatio.

A very good friend of mine commissioned me to design him a card for his tattooing services. I was provided with a general concept and image to work from, and the resulting design is something I feel really echoes and pays homage to the storied tradition of tattoo artistry.
